Therapy

helps you connect with your body through movement, supporting emotional release and a greater sense of balance

Movement therapy is a body-based approach that uses intentional movement to support emotional processing, self-expression, and nervous system regulation. It recognizes that experiences, stress, and emotions are not only held in the mind, but also in the body. Through guided movement, clients can access and express feelings that may be difficult to put into words, while also building awareness of patterns in posture, tension, and physical response. This process supports the release of stored stress, increases a sense of connection to the body, and fosters greater flexibility in how one responds to internal and external experiences. Movement therapy can be both structured and intuitive, helping clients develop a more grounded, integrated, and embodied sense of self.
